It’s great news for house buyers following the announcement by Rishi Sunak, Chancellor of the Exchequer, yesterday that house purchases up to £500,000*, will benefit from a temporary Stamp Duty payment holiday.

Zero Stamp Duty for house purchases up to £500,000 has taken immediate effect and will run until next March, saving house buyers significant amounts. This means you must legally complete your home transaction within this tax holiday period.
