It’s great news for house buyers following the announcement by Rishi Sunak, Chancellor of the Exchequer, yesterday that house purchases up to £500,000*, will benefit from a temporary Stamp Duty payment holiday.
Zero Stamp Duty for house purchases up to £500,000 has taken immediate effect and will run until next March, saving house buyers significant amounts. This means you must legally complete on your home transaction within this tax holiday period.
Most of our homes are now under the temporary threshold and we expect to be very busy, so contact us now to arrange your personal viewing appointment at one of our stunning developments.
