We recognise that selling your own home can be stressful and we can help you by part exchanging your existing home for a new one.

We’ll take the stress and financial burden of estate agents selling fees off your shoulders and manage the whole process for you.

What you need to do next:

  • Choose your new home from a selected range at Linden Meadows
  • Complete our quick and easy part exchange application form
  • We’ll arrange for up to three valuations from independent local selling agents.
  • We’ll discuss the valuations with you, and offer you a fair price for your existing home.
  • We will instruct an agent to market your new home.
  • Once we have received an offer, we’ll let you know and agree a completion date with you which will be based on when your new home will be completed.

You’ll save on estate agents fees, the stress of finding a buyer for your home; you can stay in your existing home until your new home is ready.
