Westerhill Homes is now able to offer its customers a range of initiatives and support packages that can make buying your new home, moving in as soon as possible, or even selling your old home, even easier.
Home buyers can now benefit from the Government backed Help to Buy scheme; Easy Move - helping sell your existing home right up to exchange of contracts - and on selected Westerhill Homes plots, Part Exchange.
Westerhill Homes has also teamed up a number of leading Kent companies to offer the added benefit of panel solicitors and financial advisors, helping customers with their home purchase.
Ian Savage, MD of Westerhill Homes commented: “These partnerships and initiatives are designed to offer you peace of mind whilst we work together to secure your new dream home. The addition of these schemes to the Westerhill Homes stable further adds to the range of our offering an end-to-end customer service.”
Help to Buy:
The Government-backed Help to Buy Equity Loan Scheme is available on all Westerhill Homes plots up to £600,000, subject to terms & conditions.
Help to Buy eligible applicants will be offered an equity loan of up to 20% of the purchase price (based on open market value).
Applicants are required to fund 80% of the purchase price by means of a conventional mortgage, savings and deposit and must obtain their conventional mortgage from a qualified lending institution.
Easy Move:
Choose your new home from our selected properties and our selling agents will complete the Easy Move Scheme Application Form on your behalf. Westerhill Homes will then hold your selected plot for a period of twenty-eight days.
Our appointed partners, Moving Made Easy will contact you and explain how the scheme works and the service they will provide. Moving Made Easy will arrange for three valuations to be carried out on your existing property by local agents and once the price is agreed, a For Sale board is placed at your home and marketing will commence.
Moving Made Easy will work with you to help to sell your home in the required period right up to exchange of contracts. There will be no estate agent fees to pay.
Part Exchange:
On selected plots we may offer to Part Exchange your current home. Simply choose your new home from our selected properties and our selling agents will complete the Part Exchange Scheme Application Form on your behalf.
Our appointed partners, Moving Made Easy will contact you and explain how the scheme works and the service they will provide. Moving Made Easy will arrange for three valuations to be carried out on your existing property by local agents.
