Covid-19 (Coronavirus) Update: Tuesday 24th March 2020

We are following the latest Government guidance and have now sadly closed our Sales Offices and Marketing Suites until further notice.  We are still very much open for business though and will be engaging with our valued customers by telephone or digital contact until such time as we can re-open for face to face appointments. Our construction teams are also still operational and continuing to build new homes.

If you would like additional information please call us or complete the enquiry form on the right of the page on the development which you are interested in, and one of our sales team will get in touch with you.

Our digital and online engagement means that we can offer you the following services:-

  • Valuation and Budget Calculator from our website
  • Buy your new home online. All necessary paperwork and applications can be carried out simply and without fuss so that you can still put your dream home on hold.
  • Book you an appointment to view show homes later in April
  • Arrange for one of our preferred selling agents to contact you to arrange an over the phone valuation or appointment to value in April
  • Discuss the Easy Move scheme we operate with our external partners Moving Made Easy
  • Arrange a telephone appointment with a Financial Advisor and action a mortgage application
  • Recommend a solicitor and action the process of buying your home.
  • Answer any questions or concerns you may have.

Our construction partners, Chartway Group have commenced a phased closure of all sites from Friday 27th March. If you have reserved a home with us or have exchanged contracts one of our sales team will be in touch with more information on Monday 30th March. Customer Service Announcement

Due to the current COVID-19 epidemic, we have carefully considered how best to deal with warranty works and are reviewing government advice on a daily basis.  As you appreciate, the safety of our customers and employees is our top priority.

With immediate effect, our Customer Services team are regrettably suspending all non-emergency warranty work.  We will only be able to focus on emergencies as classified below:

             -Water leaks that cannot be contained

-Failure of the central heating system

-Total loss of water

-Toilet not functioning – if there is only one in your home

-No electricity

-Blocked drains, either inside or outside of the property, causing overflowing

-Roof leaks – other than those caused by storm damage, which should be referred to your household insurance

-Failure of door locks

When scheduling appointments, customers will be asked a number of questions by our team to confirm if any of the occupants are high risk (i.e. confirmed diagnosis; are vulnerable or are in self-isolation).  Where occupants are low risk, appointments will be scheduled and attended to in the usual manner while still observing the government guidelines of social distancing, washing of hands before and afterwards and refraining from touching their face.

Where customers are considered high risk, each case will be addressed on its own merits.  The following additional precautions will be required:

              -Customers will be provided with guidance to ensure all occupants remain in another room whilst work is underway, and windows kept open

-The employee will wear protective clothing, including face masks, gloves and eye protection before entering the property.  Protective clothing an other materials will be disposed of after attendance

-Observing government guidelines of social distancing, washing of hands before and afterwards and refraining from touching their face.

Please be assure that we take your concerns seriously and that once it is safe to do so, as confirmed by government-led advice, we will be undertaking normal warranty work in line with our commitment to all customers

Our team at Westerhill Homes are monitoring the situation and want to ensure you that the safety of our staff and customers is our first priority and of high importance to us. We will advise you if the situation changes or we make changes to how the sales offices are operating.
